How do I return a product?
Returns - Consumers in the European Union can return any items, except Excluded Items, within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Costs of Returns: Unless the merchant shipped the item in error or the delivered item is damaged or defective, the consumer must pay the costs for return shipping.
- Withdrawal/Cancellation: Consumers in the European Union can cancel a purchase at any time between the time of purchase and 30 days after receipt of the item.
- Costs of Returns: If the purchased items have been shipped before the cancellation, the consumer must pay the costs of return shipping.
Method: in order to initiate a return or cancellation locate the order in your order history and click customer support.
Return of funds: after receipt of a returned item, Skirby will return to the consumer the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees applied (to the initial shipment to the consumer). Any fees incurred for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded.
How do I return an item once I have a shipping label?
Print the shipping label that sent to you within package.
Pack your item safely
Put the shipping label on the top of your package.
Ship your package at the post office to our office. You’ll receive your refund after the return package is received.
Note that a shipping label is provided on a per item basis.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it doesn't meet your satisfaction.
How do I cancel my order?
You have up to 8 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any items you no longer wish to receive.
Can you issue my refund to a different card if my card is canceled, lost, expired, or stolen?
We can only refund your money to your original payment method and we are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method.
I cancelled my order. How will I receive my refund?
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account.
If you received the refund to your original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may drop from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.
